You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and get your money back.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in good condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all its accessories (including the USB charging cable).
How to return an item
- Message us from our contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product back following the conditions above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or not what you ordered.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, message us from our contact page with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer rights that apply in your country (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union).
