These terms govern purchases made in the HomePal online store, operated by Alvaro Benitez Molina (Tax ID 53913811V, Carril Santa Rosa 4, 29010 Málaga, Spain).

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Images are for guidance; we do our best to show each product accurately.

2. Ordering

Add products to your cart, enter your details and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the methods available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

5. Returns

You have 90 days from delivery to return your order, under the conditions of our refund policy. See our refund policy.

6. Product use

HomePal works at home on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and sends an alert to the phones added in the Smart Life app. It does not call 911 or any emergency service, it is not a medical device and it does not replace professional monitoring. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
